Knee Surgery

... Not mine but Jax's, she's had the following done..

Bilateral arthroscopy (Trimming of cartilage under both knees, then tidying of the underside of the kneecaps and relevant bones! Yum!) to start, then bilateral releases (relaxing of ligaments and tendons), then to top it all off, a microfracture procedure on my right femur (tidying and chipping-away of my thigh bone to remove damage and promote healthy bone growth).

Major knee surgery care of Bupa Havant and I'm hobbling around on crutches.
